When we first opened our doors in March of 1996, our goal was simple: to share the kind of bread we’d be proud to serve our own families. Back then, we were part of the Big Sky Bread franchise, but when the Corporate Office closed in 1999, we decided our story was just beginning. We kept baking, kept serving, and kept growing as a family-owned bakery rooted right here in Oklahoma City.

From day one, we’ve done things the old-fashioned way—using only simple, all-natural ingredients and absolutely no preservatives. It’s not just bread to us; it’s a tradition, a craft, and a way of connecting with our community.
